The company founder, Patricia Colden is a highly skilled HR specialist with over 25 years experience advising and businesses on the full range of HR issues. Outside of the business, Patricia is Vice Chair the Birmingham Branch Committee of the CIPD, the national professional body for HR specialists and also Chair of Governors at a local primary school.
