Malachy is the Head of Marketing at Wingstop UK, having been in position since March 2023. Wingstop UK have a Gen-Z focus and are flavour experrts specialising in fried chicken. Wingstop UK are on a large expansion plan around the UK.

Prior to that, Malachy was at Pho, the Vietnamese casual dining group, for many years.
